Crystals, Candles, Jewelry & Accessories

My Daily Crystal is committed to the health and safety of our staff and community. In order to play our part in reducing the spread of COVID-19 and keep our employees and their families safe, we have temporarily reduced our order capacity as our staff work from home. As a result, returns may take longer than usual to process. If you need to return an item, please contact sales@mydailycrystal.com for assistance.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping with us. That is why we offer an easy, hassle-free 7 day return policy.

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in original condition and package within 7 days of the original shipping date. Shipping and handling fee may apply.

 

Quality Assurance

My Daily Crystal has quality assurance. Refunds and exchanges are accepted on jewelry and accessories that are defective within 14 days of original shipping date. A return shipping label with be provided by My Daily Crystal on approved merchandise returns. Merchandise will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange if customer damage or abuse is present. 

 

Crystals

All Sales are Final. Exchanges and refunds are accepted on items that are damaged in transit. 

 

Customers must first email sales@mydailycrystal.com for support and to proceed with a refund or exchange.
