  • We offer a 7-day return window for unused items (jewelry & accessories only).

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Due to the unique and delicate nature of crystals, all crystal sales are final.

  • If a crystal arrives damaged during transit, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

 

💍 Jewelry & Accessories – Quality Guarantee

  • We stand by the craftsmanship of our jewelry and accessories.

  • If your piece is defective or damaged within 14 days of delivery, we’ll make it right with a refund or exchange.

  • Approved returns for defective items will include a prepaid shipping label provided by My Daily Crystal.

  • Items that show customer damage, wear, or misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
